JNHT-6 Intelligent Integrated Flame Detector

JNHT-6 explosion-proof intelligent integrated flame detector is a product independently developed by our company following the development trend of new international flame detection products and accumulating many years of experience in the design and commissioning of flame detectors. Detection objects: gas flame, fuel oil flame, coal flame. The integrated flame detector is an intelligent integrated flame detector based on DSP digital signal processing technology, combining a flame detection probe and a signal amplifier. The flame detector has a self inspection function, and can output fault signals. It has a remote communication function, which transmits signals to the upper computer DCS to participate in boiler fire extinguishing protection (MFT).

Under specified working conditions, it is possible to adjust the fire threshold and non fire threshold of the integrated flame detector; Under specified working conditions and when the flame input signal is valid, the integrated flame detector can display the intensity of the detected flame input signal in real time; Under specified operating conditions and when the flame input signal is valid, if the integrated flame detector is found to have a fault during self inspection, an alarm signal will be automatically given.
