As we all know, special ultraviolet flame detectors for oil and gas fields are used as flame detectors for natural gas, gasoline, and diesel industrial burners. This detector is only sensitive to the generated ultraviolet rays, and has no response to light and continuous high-temperature radiation sources in the furnace, with strong anti-interference ability.
Its main functions include: manipulating the ignition system to automatically ignite, and at the same time automatically opening the fuel valve. If there is no ignition within the set time, the control panel will automatically exit the fuel valve and give an alarm. If the ignition is successful, the normal supply of fuel will be maintained. If you encounter some common faults during regular use, how should you check where common faults occur? Xuzhou Jieneng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. teaches you many simple and convenient methods.
1. "The combustion engine is not on fire, but the detection indicates that there is fire. This is also an interference caused by the gradual increase in contact resistance after the detection of moisture in the distribution line. Please open the control module and slowly adjust the resistor clockwise until the green indicator light goes out and the solenoid valve is released.".
2. There is a fire in the combustion engine, but the detector indicates no fire. There may be two reasons. One is that the probe lens is covered by dust. Please clean the quartz stone lens of the probe. The other is that the matching resistor resistor overshoots. Please turn on the control module counter clockwise indicator until the green indicator light is on and the relay is engaged.
3. If the lens of the probe is accidentally damaged during use or use, it is not necessary to replace it directly with glass lenses, as generally speaking, glass lenses cannot pass through the ultraviolet rays generated by flames.
