The two 1000MW ultra supercritical coal-fired power generation units of Guoneng (Lianjiang) Port Power Co., Ltd. are the first energy-saving and emission reduction upgrading and transformation demonstration project of one million kilowatt coal-fired power generation unit approved by the National Energy Administration and a key construction project in Fujian Province. The project integrates more than 20 advanced technologies at home and abroad, with leading unit performance, outstanding operational advantages, and environmental efficiency. It has broad technical leadership and demonstration significance in the industry.
In addition, the project adopts the world's first two-in-one frequency conversion center technology, which can further reduce auxiliary machine energy consumption and auxiliary power consumption. It also applies a 100% high-pressure bypass with a safety valve function, which can achieve three working conditions: shutdown without boiler shutdown, generator with auxiliary power, and turbine idling. The unit operates flexibly and has a deeper peak shaving capability, playing a exemplary role in deep peak shaving in Fujian Province.
During the trial operation of the unit, the equipment of each system operates smoothly, and all parameters meet the design and technical specifications. The unit load rate reaches 100%, and the input rate and accuracy rate of thermal control protection, electrical protection, and automatic devices reach 100%. Environmental protection equipment such as desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal are put into operation simultaneously with the host machine. All environmental emission indicators and steam and water quality meet national standards, achieving safe, efficient, green, and low-carbon operation of the unit.
