JNRQ-21 series gas burners are mainly designed for medium and high pressure gas, combustible natural gas, coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, mine gas, generator gas, etc. The burner mainly consists of a burner body, a stable combustion hood made of heat-resistant steel, a damper regulating mechanism, an explosion-proof ignition device, an ignition nozzle, a heat-resistant steel gas nozzle, a flame detector, and a fire observation hole.

This series of burners adopts fuel staged combustion, which not only can adjust the flame shape, but also can adjust the thermal load in a wide range. Combined with staged air supply technology, low NOx combustion can be achieved. Not only is the combustion efficiency high, but also the emission of pollutants is minimized. Widely used in power generation boilers, industrial boilers, hot water boilers, fluidized bed boilers, heating furnaces, incinerators, hot air furnaces, kilns, etc.

XRQ-22 series gas burners are suitable for low pressure and low calorific value combustible gases such as blast furnace gas, converter gas, mixed gas, biogas, etc. They are widely used in various types of boilers, heating furnaces, and other heating devices. Its main feature is that the combustion supporting air is all rotated outward and is mixed with the combustible gas in the central tube while swirling out for combustion inside the burner. JNRQ-23 series acid gas burner is a semi premixed burner developed for special purposes; A combustion device that can burn various types of fuel gas and acid gas. It can burn various fuels alone or mixed. The design of staged combustion and mixed swirling air supply for acid gas and fuel gas can minimize the generation of NOx and meet the dual requirements of process and environmental protection.
