Simple mechanical atomizing oil gun

A hollow conical atomizing airflow composed of liquid droplets is formed by jetting out from the central orifice of the atomizer. When the oil flow just exits the nozzle, it forms a turbulent oil film. Due to the turbulent pulsation, the surface of the conical oil film forms uneven ripples. There is a large relative movement speed and contact surface between the oil film and the external gas, enabling the oil film to overcome surface tension and break into fine oil droplets to form oil mist.

The simple mechanical atomization oil gun is mainly composed of compression nuts, swirling atomization sheets, oil separator plates, sealing pads, gun body, and other components. Simple mechanical atomization oil gun has simple structure and system, low resistance, and small adjustment ratio.
