Fans are one of the key auxiliary equipment in power plant boilers, mainly used as supply fans, induced draft fans, and primary fans. For units up to 300MW, centrifugal or axial flow supply fans are typically installed, while units above 600MW are equipped with adjustable vane axial flow supply fans.
The axial flow fan features an adjustable blade structure with high regulation efficiency, enabling operation within the high-efficiency range and significantly reducing operating costs compared to centrifugal fans. The supply fan delivers air to the furnace, providing the required air volume for boiler fuel combustion. Its flow rate ranges from 80 to 600 m³/s, with pressure operating within approximately 2200 to 8000 Pa. It is widely used in coal-fired power units, oil-fired units, and circulating fluidized bed units.

technological superiority :
1. The technical parameters of the fan are wide-ranging, with broad applicability.
2. Advanced design, adopting a "tailor-made" approach to ensure optimal fit.
3. The fan features a flat curve and a wide high-efficiency range, with high operational efficiency, all meeting the national first-class energy efficiency standards.
4. The fan operates safely and reliably.
5. With multiple adjustment modes, it provides stepless, on-the-go, and frequent adjustments to meet diverse user needs.
