dust wiper
Faced with deteriorating air quality and increasingly stringent emission standards, the need for more advanced dust control measures has become urgent. The company currently employs electrostatic precipitators and wet electrostatic precipitators as its primary dust removal technologies.
electrostatic cleaner :
An electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is a device that separates dust from flue gas using electrostatic forces. The process works as follows: A horizontally arranged ESP is installed in the boiler. Flue gas enters the ESP horizontally from the desulfurization tower outlet, passing through a deflector plate, a gas distribution and heat exchange device (with tube rows), an electric field (double-chamber dual-electric-field configuration), and a horizontal mechanical mist eliminator before being discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
Electrostatic precipitators (ESP) demonstrate outstanding performance in achieving ultra-low emissions and controlling PM2.5 and heavy metal pollution, effectively preventing the 'gypsum rain' and 'blue smoke' pollution caused by desulfurization and denitrification processes.

wet electrical dust precipitator :
The Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP) serves as an advanced end-of-pipe treatment system for high-efficiency dust removal. With its exceptional capability to control complex pollutants, it effectively captures fine particulates, sticky or high-resistance dust, as well as acid mist, aerosols, mercury, heavy metals, and dioxins in flue gas. The widespread adoption of wet flue gas desulfurization systems in coal-fired power plants has created favorable conditions for WESP applications. This technology represents a forward-looking and reliable solution that achieves both ultra-low emissions and effective control of complex pollutants.

The products are widely used in various industries such as thermal power (coal, oil, biomass, solid waste), metallurgy (sintering, pelletizing, balling, solvents), and cement. In addition to being used by major power and steel groups in China, the products also collaborate with power general contractors in India, Vietnam, and Indonesia, with their presence covering Southeast Asian countries.
