high pressure heater
The serpentine-tube high-pressure heater is primarily used in large-capacity, high-parameter units and peak-shaving units. Its tube-side components mainly include feedwater inlet/outlet header and serpentine heat exchange tubes. The system replaces the traditional U-tube high-pressure heater's water chamber and tube sheet structure with a thinner header. The heat exchange tubes are typically bent into three sections within the shell. The shell-side components consist of the steam inlet, condensate outlet, and shell body.
technological superiority :
1. Excellent thermal elasticity
The collector tube of the serpentine tube high-pressure heater is 70~130mm thick, which is only about 15% of the thickness of the U-tube high-pressure heater tube. Meanwhile, the feed water is distributed in the two chambers of the inlet and outlet collector tube, which further reduces the temperature difference stress during the operation of the high-pressure heater, and has excellent thermal elasticity, and greatly reduces the probability of fatigue crack.
2. Excellent operational condition adaptability
The serpentine tube superheater can achieve a temperature rise and drop rate of 10K/min, allowing more variable operating cycles. This design better meets the current demand for rapid start-stop and frequent peak-shaving in power units.
3. High reliability
The heat exchanger tube elbow of the serpentine tube high-pressure heater is more, which can better absorb the thermal deformation of the tube bundle caused by the variable working condition.
