1. Product Introduction

The automatic boiler ignition device is mainly used for the ignition of power station boilers of 50~1000 MW units, and generally consists of a high-energy ignition device, a flame detection device, an Ignition oil gun, a quick shut-off valve, and an ignition control system. The XRZ Ignition oil gun is self-contained and connected to the boiler body with an interface flange. It has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, and excellent performance. The stable combustion hood and bracket are made of heat-resistant stainless steel, with a long service life. Additionally, a local ignition control cabinet is provided to achieve local ignition. The local ignition control cabinet has an interface with the DCS system to achieve programmed ignition.
