XRZ-22 pneumatic propulsion device

The XRZ-22 pneumatic propulsion device serves as one of the actuators in the boiler ignition program control system. The modular propeller can, under the control systems instructions, deliver or withdraw the ignition gun and fuel gun into or from the furnace at a predetermined speed. It boasts superior performance, rational structure, flexible and reliable operation, and ease of achieving automatic control.

The XRZ-22 pneumatic propulsion device consists of components such as fuel injector cylinder, ignition gun cylinder, solenoid valve, limit switch, conduit, bracket, and junction box.

The fuel injector cylinder and ignition gun cylinder are mounted on the conduit via brackets. The piston rods of both cylinders are driven to advance/retract through connecting plates. The fuel injector cylinder employs an SR551-DN25DW dual-control solenoid valve to regulate piston rod movement, while the ignition gun cylinder utilizes an SR551-RN25DW single-control solenoid valve, both manufactured by American company Bellofram. Limit switches are installed at the extreme positions of reciprocation to monitor the operational status of fuel injection and ignition processes. These imported limit switches feature rational actuator designs and demonstrate reliable performance.

The XRZ-22 pneumatic propulsion system is utilized for boiler ignition and warm-up in domestic power plants, and is also widely adopted in ignition systems for thermal power plant boilers in countries such as India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, and Pakistan.
