The explosion-proof high-energy ignition device consists of an explosion-proof high-energy igniter, explosion-proof ignition gun, and explosion-proof ignition cable, which can be used to ignite natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc. The device belongs to a low-voltage capacitive discharge system, featuring advantages such as low discharge voltage, high spark energy, compact size, easy operation, safety and reliability, and corrosion resistance. Working Principle: The system operates at alternating current (AC) power frequency of 220V or 110V, converting voltage through a step-up rectifier to generate pulsating DC current for charging energy storage capacitors. When fully charged, the capacitor discharges through a discharge tube, choke coil, and explosion-proof shielded cable to the semiconductor nozzle of the explosion-proof ignition gun, creating high-energy arc sparks. When the ignition device is deactivated, residual charges on the capacitor are safely discharged via a discharge resistor.

The XDH-20B explosion-proof high-energy igniter features a cast iron housing, designed and manufactured in compliance with national explosion-proof standards GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.2-2010. It meets the explosion-proof rating of Ex d IIBT4 and the IP65 protection rating.
