XDH-6 HEA Exciter

The high-energy ignition device consists of a high-energy igniter, an ignition gun, and an ignition cable, which can be used to ignite natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and other fuels. This device belongs to the category of low-voltage capacitive discharge systems, featuring advantages such as low discharge voltage, high spark energy, compact size, easy operation, safety and reliability, and corrosion resistance.

Working Principle: Operating at alternating current power frequency of 220V or 110V, the system converts voltage through step-up rectification into pulsating direct current to charge energy storage capacitors. When fully charged, the discharge current travels via discharge tubes, choke coils, and shielded cables to the semiconductor nozzle of the ignition gun, generating high-energy arc sparks. Upon ignition device shutdown, residual charges on the capacitor are released through discharge resistors.
