subcritical 300MW class steam turbine
The steam turbine serves as the core energy conversion equipment in thermal power plants. Its main structure consists of a stator and rotor, with steam seals installed between them. The stator is supported by a base plate and sliding pin system. To regulate steam intake, a steam distribution mechanism is installed. For safety assurance, a turning device is also equipped.
The subcritical 300MW-class steam turbines are designed to meet diverse client requirements. Primarily featuring two-cylinder, two-exhaust models with high/medium-pressure combined cylinders, they also include limited three-cylinder, two-exhaust configurations with separate high/medium-pressure cylinders. These turbines support both wet and air cooling systems, while providing industrial and heating extraction steam. Standard operating parameters include 16.7MPa/538℃/538℃, with a rated back pressure range of 4.9kPa to 30kPa.
