Flame detection cooling air system

The XLF flame detection cooling air system is an important component of the FSSS system, mainly used for cooling the flame detector probe, as well as for cooling industrial television cameras or other on-site components that require cooling, to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment. It consists of two standby cooling fans, a pressure switch, an air duct conversion baffle, and a cooling fan control cabinet. Cooling air has two purposes:

(1) Protect electronic components and devices from high temperature damage.

(2) Prevent smoke, ash, soot, and other impurities from accumulating coke on the front end of the flame detection probe.

The flame detection cooling air system of our company includes all equipment except pipelines, and these equipment are assembled into one unit when leaving the factory. During application, the flame detection cooling air cabinet only needs to be connected to two AC380V power supplies to achieve local operation and interlocking functions. At the same time, a remote operation interface is reserved for remote control by the program control system.
