XTJ-21B series explosion-proof pneumatic thrusters are mechanical devices that achieve reciprocating motion through the movement of air cylinders. They are mainly used for the advance and retreat of ignition guns, oil guns, flame detection probes, etc. in the ignition system of power station boilers. It has the advantages of advanced performance, reasonable structure, flexible movement, stable and reliable operation, and easy to achieve automatic control operation. The propeller is mainly composed of a bracket, a cylinder, an explosion-proof electromagnetic valve, a travel switch, and a collision rod (block).

The field needs to be equipped with an outer diameter Φ eight × A 1mm straight tube matches the propeller's air pipe joint. Compressed air enters the cylinder through an explosion-proof solenoid valve, causing its piston rod to move to output power. Then move the ignition gun or oil gun through the connecting plate. Manually operated or electrically controlled explosion-proof solenoid valve to change the direction of air flow and achieve the purpose of reversing movement.
